Kyle Anderson studied Exercise Science at Montclair State University, where he graduated in 2015. In this time, not only did he start his personal training career, but he developed a deep love of research and the practical application of science to everyday people. After being accepted to Columbia University for graduate study of exercise physiology, Kyle chose to continue pursing his private practice, realizing that he would rather affect real change in people than be stuck in a lab every day.
Since then, Kyle has continued to stay current on research and use this knowledge to help people lose weight, get stronger, and improve sport performance. Along the way, he has become certified with many designations, including: Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Exercise Physiologist, and Certified Exercise is Medicine trainer.
